Two major wealth tech players are rolling out new tools aimed at helping RIAs and wealth management firms accelerate client acquisition and improve service delivery.
At the Future Proof Festival in Huntington Beach this week, Zocks announced the launch of its next-generation AI assistant, designed to streamline the process of turning client conversations into actionable data.
The platform now enables advisors to move from a client meeting to a proposed financial plan in under 10 minutes, a process that previously could take days. By capturing client information from conversations and integrating with systems such as eMoney and Orion, Zocks aims to reduce manual data entry and speed up onboarding.
The platform also unveiled new features include Zocks Forms, which automates intake forms and account openings, and a Coaching Center that uses meeting scorecards to help associate advisors learn from top producers.
Zocks also introduced an email drafting tool that pulls in client data from multiple sources to help advisors respond to inquiries more quickly. A new integration with Zoom, meanwhile, allows advisors to access client information in real time during virtual meetings.
Mark Gilbert, chief executive of Zocks, said the company’s AI assistant “automates front-office administration with industry-leading accuracy, so advisors can deliver more personal service.” He added that the platform allows firms to “acquire and serve more clients with the same resources, turn every client conversation into actionable intelligence, and set up new associates for long-term success.”
AI is steadily and increasingly making its presence felt in the advisory space, with more advisors leveraging artificial intelligence in different ways to boost productivity, boost their marketing efforts, and more.
On that note, Broadridge Financial Solutions said it is enhancing its digital marketing suite with new website and video tools, aiming to help advisors build a stronger digital presence.
The company is launching improved website creation tools powered by Wix, including website designs, compliance automation during publishing, and built-in SEO features, and enterprise scalability.
The firm also introduced new video marketing capabilities to simplify the video creation process, with customizable scripts, an in-platform recording suite, and support for compliance and performance analytics.
Kristy Smith, general manager of Broadridge Advisor Solutions, said the enhancements will “address the marketing and technology challenges advisors and wealth firms are facing and position advisors to be future-ready so they can focus on client relationships while delivering impactful, compliant marketing.”
Broadridge’s updates come as investor preferences shift toward mobile-first, personalized digital experiences. A recent study by Broadridge found that 62% of advisors consider their websites ineffective at generating leads, highlighting the need for modernized solutions.
