Zocks wants Claude to do more than answer questions about an advisor's clients. It wants the AI model to finish the job.

The San Francisco-based AI meeting assistant provider on Wednesday released the Zocks Advisor Intelligence plugin for Anthropic's Claude. The plugin bundles seven prebuilt skills that turn years of recorded client conversations into analyses and client-ready documents.

The rollout comes roughly two weeks after Anthropic unveiled Claude for Financial Advisors, its suite of connectors and workflow skills, which listed Zocks among its initial roster of integration partners.

In Anthropic's framework, a skill is a packaged set of instructions that Claude applies when a user asks for a particular kind of work. A plugin bundles those skills with the data connections they rely on into a single install.

Zocks' take draws on the goals, concerns, life events and household dynamics the platform has captured from past meetings. An advisor types an ordinary request, such as asking for help preparing a client's annual review, and Claude runs the full sequence of steps in a process that Zocks says takes only minutes.

"Exceptional advising requires emotional intelligence, context, and detailed client information, but assembling all of that knowledge and acting on it takes time advisors rarely have," said Jim Hardeman, executive vice president of product at Zocks. "Our new skills for Claude give advisors that capacity back."

One of the skills unveiled Wednesday identifies the single highest-value opportunity for a household based on recorded client conversations, and shows three runner-up options that it beat out. Another skill scans recent conversations for references to held-away money – such as a 401(k) left at a former employer, an inheritance or proceeds from selling a business – then ranks those assets and shows where any consolidation discussion stalled.

Separately, advisor users can also scan a book for household relationships that have fallen off, produces a prioritized call list with the reason each relationship looks at risk and a suggested opening line to reconnect with the client.

The plugin also includes skills to generate client materials for a household review, suface tax-optimizing opportunities for the current year as well as multiyear strategies, and assess the financial motivations and decision makers within a household.

Zocks said the plugin installs in a few clicks and needs no coding or IT support. It runs through the Zocks connector for Claude, which is built on the Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets AI tools search and reason over outside data sources. The setup limits Claude to a read-only connection to information an advisor permits it to see in Zocks, and that access ends as soon the connection is cut.

The plugin is the latest in a string of AI releases from Zocks this year. In April, the company launched a connector built on the Model Context Protocol that links its client intelligence to general-purpose AI tools, including Claude and OpenAI's ChatGPT.

Several months later in June, Zocks introduced Client Queries, an agentic feature that scans an entire book of business. To use it, advisors would enter plain-language questions to find growth opportunities and service gaps.

As of June, Zocks said more than 5,000 financial firms were using its platform, including large enterprises like Carson, Osaic, Hightower, and Kestra Financial.
