Focus firm HoyleCohen to acquire Stellar Capital Management
The acquisition will add $400 million to the AUM of Focus Financial

HoyleCohen, a registered investment adviser based in San Diego, California, that is part of Focus Financial Partners, will acquire Stellar Capital Management, a Phoenix, Arizona-based RIA.

Terms of the transaction, which will close in the third quarter, were not disclosed.

HoyleCohen manages $1.9 billion in assets; Stellar Capital manages approximately $400 million in assets.
