Wagner Wealth Management, a hybrid advising on $470 million that's based in Greenville, South Carolina, has changed its affiliation from Triad Advisors to Arkadios Capital, an Atlanta-based broker-dealer and registered investment adviser that specializes in hybrid financial advisers.

Wagner Wealth Management was founded by Dan Wagner Sr. It has three offices in South Carolina and seven registered advisers.
