Osaic has named Stacie Nabedrick as senior vice president of advisor and client technology solutions, a move aimed at accelerating its digital transformation efforts and enhancing platform capabilities across its advisor network.
The Scottsdale-based firm said the newly created position underscores its focus on strengthening technology infrastructure while delivering a more seamless experience for advisors, their teams, and clients.
In her new role, Nabedrick will oversee the direction and execution of Osaic’s technology strategy for both advisors and end clients. Her responsibilities include shaping the firm’s digital product vision and guiding a multi-year development plan designed to improve advisor efficiency, deepen client relationships, and support scalable growth.
She will also play a central role in advancing Osaic’s broader digital ecosystem, including enhancements to its eQuipt platform, which supports onboarding, financial planning, and client engagement processes.
“As advisors increasingly expect connected, intuitive digital experiences, we are focused on delivering integrated solutions that reduce complexity and elevate how they serve their clients,” said Matt Schlueter, executive vice president of operations and technology solutions at Osaic. “Stacie brings a strong track record of leading enterprise transformation and translating strategy into scalable, high-impact solutions. Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue to evolve our platform and invest in the future of advisor technology.”
Nabedrick joins Osaic with more than ten years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives across financial services and large enterprises. Most recently, she served as director of customer success at Microsoft, where she led teams focused on cloud adoption and long-term value delivery for key clients, with an emphasis on engagement, retention, and measurable outcomes.
Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at RBC Wealth Management, where she managed enterprise portfolio delivery for the firm’s US business. In that role, she oversaw cross-functional teams working on advisor productivity, client experience, and regulatory initiatives, while contributing to the firm’s broader digital strategy.
“Osaic is focused on building a more connected and efficient experience for advisors and their clients,” said Nabedrick. “I’m excited to help accelerate that work by delivering solutions that are intuitive, scalable and aligned with how advisors serve clients today.”
