A Texas-based advisor who managed $160 million in client assets at Edward Jones has joined Raymond James Financial Services, the firm’s independent advisor channel, the firm announced Tuesday.

Frank Durrum operates as Durrum Wealth Management in Mount Pleasant, Texas, aided by staffers Debbie Patterson and Marisa Blakenship. They focus on providing personalized wealth management for clients including business owners, corporate executives, families, retirees and women investors.

Durran has 13 years of experience, according to his BrokerCheck report, having joined Edward Jones in 2010. Earlier, he graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served as an infantry platoon commander in the Marine Corps.

“I chose Raymond James for its valuable tools and investment options to serve high-net-worth clients,” Durrum said in a statement. “I’m confident that the resources and support the firm has to offer will allow me to continue to provide excellent service to clients for years to come.”
