Three advisers managing $370 million have left the employee channel of Wells Fargo and affiliated their new hybrid firm, Broadway-Graham Wealth Partners, with LPL Financial.

The Springfield, Ill.-based firm will use LPL’s broker-dealer and corporate registered investment adviser platforms through the Private Advisor Group, one of LPL’s largest offices of supervisory jurisdiction.

The three advisers — Shane Adkins, Zach Bromley and Jay Cole — have been joined by Kelly Behl and Rachel Carter, who provide operational support.
