An advisor who had managed $315 million of client assets at UBS Financial Services has joined Raymond James & Associates, the firm’s employee advisor channel, Raymond James announced Monday.

Steven M. Rozencwaig will join the firm’s Manhattan office.

Rozencwaig, whose practice focuses on high-net-worth individuals and their families and businesses, had been affiliated with UBS since 2005. He has 31 years of experience, having started his career at Kidder Peabody in 1991.

“What attracted me to Raymond James is the ability to service high-net-worth clients at a powerful institution and do so very efficiently within a highly regulated environment,” Rozencwaig said in a statement. “While Raymond James’ vast experience with domestic clients is quite evident, the infrastructure and technology in place to work with all clients regardless of location is impressive.”
