Nepsis is losing no time in building out its leadership team as it announces another addition to bolster its planning capabilities for business owners.

On Tuesday, the national financial advisory and investment management firm announced Kelly Nanasy as its new vice president of accounting and advisory services, working closely with business owner clients at Nepsis Tax Solutions.

In her new role, Nanasy will oversee Nepsis’ Accounting and Advisory Services division, which provides comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and other back-office financial services for business owners. Her responsibilities will include optimizing financial operations, refining strategic processes, and overseeing CFO and controller-level services tailored to small and mid-sized businesses.

Nanasy, who has more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, is expected to leverage her expertise to enhance the firm’s service offerings.

"Kelly's addition to our tax solutions office is a significant coup for our team," Jack Cahill, senior vice president of tax at Nepsis, said in a statement. "With her impressive background and proven success as a CFO, she brings valuable insights as to the needs of small and mid-sized businesses and the expectations of private equity firms."

Nanasy’s career began as a certified public accountant with a multinational accounting firm, followed by leadership roles such as CFO at ThreeBridge Solutions and Wausau Financial Systems, as well as vice president of finance at Deluxe Corporation.

In recent years, she has focused on consulting and executive coaching, offering strategic guidance to finance professionals.

"I’m eager to apply the diverse skills and knowledge I’ve acquired throughout my career to the Nepsis framework and deliver impactful results for our business owner clients," Nanasy said. "By applying my experience and acumen to Nepsis' already exceptional offerings, I aim to provide exceptional value and strategic support that drives success."

Nepsis has been expanding its leadership team throughout 2024, following recent appointments including Troy Williams as senior vice president of strategy and corporate development earlier this month, Malia Haskins as its first-ever VP of estate planning in June, and Amanda Butler, who came in to fill the newly created position of chief technology officer in May.
