Morgan Stanley rep managing $138 million bolts to Commonwealth

Dale Kramer opens an indie shop, Kramer Wealth Strategies, in upstate New York

Dale Kramer, who managed $138 million at Morgan Stanley, has gone independent and affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network.

Kramer, who founded Kramer Wealth Strategies in Massena, New York, had been with Morgan Stanley and its predecessors since 1984.
