Midwest financial adviser team with $463M in assets joins Wells Fargo

Madison Street Financial Group specializes in corporate retirement plans and high-net-worth families.

Wells Fargo has lured a $463-million asset team from rival UBS. The team's advisers include James E. Percifield and David C. Heeren, who will serve as managing directors-investments, and Brad Harber, who has been named vice president-investments. The team, which operates under the name Madison Street Financial Group, generated $3.5 million in revenue while at UBS. They focus on corporate retirement plans and high-net-worth families. Mr. Percifield and Mr. Harber will work out of an office in Chesterton, Ind., while Mr. Heeren will work out of Chicago. Mr. Percifield has worked in the industry for 23 years, including 16 years at Merrill Lynch before he moved to UBS. Mr. Heeren has been in wealth management for 35 years. Prior to UBS, he worked at RBC Dain Rauscher, Smith Barney and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Harber has worked in the industry for nine years, and prior to UBS worked at Merrill Lynch.
