Stifel advisers with $300 million in assets depart for RBC Wealth Management

Three-person team produced $1.5 million in annual revenue

A team of financial advisers at Stifel Financial Corp. overseeing $300 million in assets has joined RBC's wealth management unit. Darren Lehrman and Brian Marzulli are joining the firm's office in Parsippany, N.J., along with their investment associate Lucille Costa, according to an RBC Wealth Management statement Friday. They produce more than $1.5 million in annual revenue. (More: See all the latest moves in the InvestmentNews Advisers on the Move database) “After considering other firms, we are thrilled that Darren and Brian chose to join RBC Wealth Management,” Steve Ornstein, director of the firm's complex in Florham Park, N.J., said in the statement. “The team has extensive industry experience and knowledge.” Mr. Lehrman and Mr. Marzulli had worked at Stifel since 2007, while Ms. Costa had been with the brokerage firm since 2008 before moving to RBC, according to Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Inc.'s BrokerCheck. Mr. Lehrman first became a registered broker in 1997 at JW Charles Securities Inc. and Mr. Marzulli began his career in 1996 at First Interregional Equity Corp., the BrokerCheck documents show. Ms. Costa was hired by Citigroup in 1999 before moving to Stifel.
