Raymond James has launched a program offering financial advisers turnkey administrative support from experienced branch associates. As employees, members of what is known as the AdminExt team are trained and proficient in firm processes and applications to help advisers more efficiently manage and grow their businesses, the company said in a release.

The program is available to independent branch owners, with engagement options beginning at a three-month minimum length of coverage with no renewal limitations. It also will be available to augment support staff needs for advisers transitioning their business to Raymond James.

The scope of services offered match what would be performed by a branch associate including establishing, supporting and maintaining client accounts, as well as offering business growth and risk management support, the company said. The support associates operate remotely, eliminating limitations related to office space or practice location, the company said.
