OneDigital acquires Minnesota benefits firm
Brainerd-based Fiducia Benefits Group offers a full suite of employee benefits solutions specializing in large group, self-insured, and customized benefit plans.

OneDigital, an Atlanta, Georgia-based insurance brokerage, financial services and consulting firm, has acquired The Fiducia Benefits Group of Brainerd, Minnesota.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Fiducia, an employee-benefits firm, operates in nine states. The firm offers a full suite of employee benefits solutions specializing in large group, self-insured, and customized benefit plans, OneDigital said in a release.

Gary Walters will continue to lead the Brainerd office and his five-member team in the role of principal, senior client executive with OneDigital.
