Mercer Global Advisors, a Denver-based registered investment adviser managing $27 billion, has acquired Hart Capital Management, an RIA managing $440 million that is headquartered in Spokane, Washington.
Hart, which was founded in 1998, serves about 400 clients. It also has an office in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Founder Craig W. Hart and his team of nine professionals have joined Mercer.
