Fidelity Institutional has updated its Wealthscape advisor technology platform, refreshing its mobile app, updating its open-architecture digital store, and adding an analytic tool.
That tool, Wealthscape Analytics, provides business metrics and customer insights to help advisers spot new opportunities as well identify clients who might require attention, the company said in a release.
Fidelity also redesigned the mobile application’s user experience for retail clients, streamlining its design and navigation, enhancing access to account information, and improving security features.
