Hightower, the Chicago-based registered investment adviser that invests in other RIA firms, has taken a stake in Private Vista, an RIA with offices in Chicago and Oak Brook, Illinois, that manages $1.5 billion.
Details of the arrangement were not disclosed.
Private Vista was established in 2016 with the merger of two advisory businesses. It currently has 34 employees, including 20 advisers.
