Rossby Financial, a fast-growing RIA firm in Florida, has announced a new partnership to bolster its tech stack.

Rossby's newly forged relationship with fintech firm Seeds Investor will provide its affiliated advisors with access to Seeds’ portfolio management platform, which is designed to help advisors deliver more personalized investment services while reducing operational complexities.

The integration allows advisors working with Rossby to use Seeds' investment management and asset allocation tools. enabling them to create customized investment proposals, implement client portfolios, and maintain ongoing client engagement. By classifying investors into nine personas, it helps advisors better align portfolios with clients’ personal values and investment preferences.

Andrew Evans, founder and CEO of Rossby Financial, highlighted the alignment between the two companies.

"Seeds is a powerful addition to our carefully curated tech ecosystem," he said in a statement Wednesday. "Rossby was born to support advisors in how they want to share compelling value with their clients, and it's clear Seeds mirrors our philosophy."

The Seeds platform also helps streamline backend processes, automating tasks like rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, and portfolio adjustments, which can often be time-consuming for advisors. According to Rossby, this approach allows advisors to spend more time focusing on client relationships and growth strategies.

Zach Conway, founder and CEO of Seeds, likewise expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration. "By identifying gaps in the industry, Rossby has built a thoughtful platform that helps advisors thrive in an ever-changing landscape," Conway said. "We're thrilled to be a part of it by guiding advisors toward investment management excellence."

Kelsey McKenna, Seeds' head of strategy and experience, emphasized the efficiency of the new system. "We believe 'more personalization' doesn't have to mean 'more work,'" McKenna noted. "Together, we're empowering advisors with dynamic solutions that marry a streamlined investment management approach with thoughtful client-first processes."

Founded in 2023, Rossby Financial says it has grown by 380 percent year to date, propelled by its focus on innovative technology and transparent pricing for advisors.
