Hub acquires $205 million Pennsylvania RIA

Hub International, a Chicago-based insurance brokerage and financial services firm, has acquired the assets of Heritage Wealth Management Group, a Moon Township, Pennsylvania-based hybrid managing $205 million.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Hub said in a press release that Michael Finnell, president of Heritage Wealth Management Group, and the Heritage team will join Hub.
