NFP, an insurance brokerage and wealth management firm, has acquired AFS Advisors, a Suwanee, Georgia-based registered investment adviser managing $4.6 billion in assets.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Wise Rhino Group, a Charleston, South Carolina-based merger-and-acquisition advisory firm, served as a consultant to AFS.
