Two growing wealth management firms have bolstered their advisor ranks with sizable asset additions, highlighting the continued competition for experienced advisors pursuing new platforms.
DayMark Wealth Partners has recruited a four-person breakaway team from Morgan Stanley that previously oversaw approximately $820 million in client assets.
The group — Rex Mack, Patrick Petsche, Vince Costanzo and Anthony Constanzo — joins the firm's Pepper Pike, Ohio office and focuses on multigenerational wealth planning, including strategies tied to family relationships and legacy objectives.
The move adds to DayMark's rapid expansion since its launch in 2022. The Cincinnati-based registered investment advisor reported growth from $1.4 billion in assets at inception to more than $5 billion at the end of 2025 with the latest acquisition taking it above the $6 billion mark. The firm also attracted a minority investment from Constellation Wealth Capital late last year.

Meanwhile, Perennial Financial Services announced the recruitment of Mike Russell, CFP, from Edward Jones. Before making the transition, Russell served roughly $640 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement-plan assets.
