Kenneth J. Gimbel, who managed more than $400 million at CIBC Private Wealth Management in Chicago, has joined Stratos Wealth Advisors, a unit of Beachwood, Ohio-based Stratos Wealth Holdings.
Gimbel, who has more than 50 years of wealth management experience, was previously a partner at Geneva Investment Management before it became part of CIBC in 2017, Stratos said in a press release Wednesday.
Gimbel specializes in developing specifically tailored asset management programs for large and complex trusts and investment relationships.
He also spent 15 years in Harris Bank’s Wealth Group and was director of pension fund investments for automotive supplier BorgWarner Inc.
