Hybrid managing $275 million switches to Triad Advisors

Argent Bridge Advisors, a three-adviser hybrid firm with $275 million in assets, has switched broker-dealer and registered investment adviser platforms from Spire Securities to Triad Advisors. (More: See more adviser moves in InvestmentNews' Adviser on the Move database.) Argent Bridge is based in Vienna, Va., a suburb of Washington, D.C. Its three advisers are Dianne Nolin, Cecile Hult and Eric Ashburn — all veteran advisers. Triad, which specializes in serving hybrid firms, is a unit of Ladenburg, Thalmann.
