Indianapolis-based RIA managing $575 million affiliates with Ron Carson
Spectrum Wealth Management will rebrand as a Carson Wealth office.

Spectrum Wealth Management, a registered investment adviser based in Indianapolis, Ind., managing $575 million, is affiliating with Carson Wealth. In a deal Carson calls an "equity swap option," Spectrum will rebrand itself as Carson Wealth and have access to Carson's services, while its principals maintain majority ownership of their firm, Spectrum said in a release. (More:Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers 2018: Carson Wealth) Spectrum co-founders Bob Phillips and Leslie Thompson, who lead a team of eight, will remain with the firm and continue as decision-makers for business decisions and operations in the Indianapolis office.
