OneDigital Investment Advisors, the registered investment advisory arm of Atlanta-based insurance broker OneDigital, has acquired the assets of HM Capital Management, a St. Louis-based RIA advising on $5.5 billion in assets under advisement.
HM Capital serves roughly 100 wealth management clients and 45 institutional consulting clients, OneDigital said in a release.
HM Capital is the second wealth management firm to join OneDigital this year, and the sixth acquisition announced in 2022.
“The White House has extremely strict ethical guidelines with respect to issues like this,” said Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
