Pennsylvania RIA acquires $200 million RIA

Domani Wealth, a Lancaster, Pa.-based RIA managing and advising on $1.5 billion in assets, has acquired EHD Advisory Services, an East Lampeter, Pa.-based RIA previously affiliated with EHD Insurance, a Lancaster-based company. [More:See more adviser moves in InvestmentNews' Advisers on the Move database.] As a part of the acquisition, Kenneth Eshleman and Steve Maher, both owners of EHD, will become senior wealth advisors and owners at Domani Wealth, which was formerly known as ParenteBeard Wealth Management.
