Clearing and custodial giant Pershing has integrated its managed accounts platform with its annuity order-entry system, making it easier for advisers to incorporate fee-based annuities into their clients' portfolios. [More:Does the world need another custodian?] Integrating the two systems permits advisers to handle proposals through performance reporting on one system, Pershing said, as well as provide clients with a more holistic view of their financial assets.
