Savant to acquire $321 million RIA firm
The principals at Indiana-based Treybourne Wealth Planners will become Savant member owners.

Savant Wealth Management, a Rockford, Illinois-based registered investment adviser managing $11 billion, will acquire Treybourne Wealth Planners, a Greenwood, Indiana-based RIA managing $321 million.

Terms of the acquisition, which is expected to close at the end of August, were not disclosed.

Treybourne principals Martin Armbruster and Stephanie Willison will join Savant’s group of member owners.
