Wealth Enhancement Group, a Minneapolis-based wealth management firm managing $54.5 billion, has acquired Napa Valley Wealth Management and TrueNote Investment Advisors, firms led by Kelly Crane and headquartered in St. Helena, California, that oversee more than $400 million in client assets.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The two acquired firms will become the InConcert Napa Valley Team of Wealth Enhancement Group.
