Greenway Family Office LLC of St. Louis has hired Tracey C. Marshall, 43, as a partner.

She works with the firm’s other partners to help client families reach their philanthropic goals, evaluate charities using a best-practices process and design long-term programs to educate next-generation family members about estate governance.

Previously, Ms. Marshall served on the Council of Regents at Fontbonne University in St. Louis, where she currently sits on the board of trustees.

Gemini Fund Services LLC of Hauppauge, N.Y., has hired Britt Averett, 33, as client services manager. David Jurczak, 38, has been hired as a senior sales and distribution consultant at Gemini’s sister company, Northern Lights Distributors LLC of Omaha, Neb., a broker-dealer and mutual fund distributor.

Ms. Averett is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day client services at Gemini. Previously, she was an associate vice president of the client development group at Ivy Asset Management LLC of Uniondale, N.Y.

Mr. Jurczak works with Gemini’s and Northern Light’s clients to strategize business plans, seize networking opportunities and raise fund assets. Previously, he was a retirement plan consultant for CPI Qualified Plan Consultants Inc. of Great Bend, Kan., where he oversaw retirement plan sponsors and financial advisers through the development of retirement plan programs.

JHS Capital Advisors Inc. of Tampa, Fla., has hired William R. Turner, 67, as chief supervision and risk officer.

He is responsible for overseeing the risk management and supervision departments, as well as serving on the JHS hiring and conduct committee.

Previously, Mr. Turner was the regional leader at Allstate Financial Services LLC of Northbrook Ill. He oversaw sales, recruiting, compliance with regional laws, and the management of more than 900 registered securities representatives and licensed insurance agents.

NB|AZ Wealth Management, a unit of the Phoenix-based National Bank in Arizona, has hired Edward Plotkin, 41, as vice president and wealth manager.

He is responsible for planning comprehensive asset management strategies for high-net-worth families and overseeing clients’ trusts, estates, business transactions and retirement planning.

Previously, Mr. Plotkin was a senior private-banking officer at MidFirst Bank of Phoenix, leading startup staffing, and marketing and supervising credit and investment operations.

HighTower Advisors LLC of Chicago has promoted Matthias Paul Kuhlmey, 40, to head its group investment solutions division.

He oversees the company’s investment offerings, investment-consulting and research-offering committees.

Previously, Mr. Kuhlmey was a partner and managing director at HighTower, specializing in global asset allocation, strategic planning for wealth preservation and generational transfer. He will continue to work as an adviser as he handles his new position.

Creative Marketing International Corp. of Leawood, Kan., has named Chip Anderson, 59, as leader of its Tailor Made division and Mike “Cy” Cajthaml Sr., 55, as vice president of life sales.

Mr. Anderson is responsible for delivering annuity sales concept training to staff members in the office and at training events, and for providing specialty marketing and business support to those who earn $5 million or more annually in annuity or factored life production. Previously, he was an annuity marketing manager and leader of national accounts distribution at Creative Marketing.

Mr. Cajthaml, a certified financial planner, is responsible for providing team leadership and re-evaluating service and agent response processes for maximum efficiency within his department. Previously, he was the head of Tailor Made.

Reliance Financial Corp. of Atlanta has hired Richard E. Harrison, 44, David R. Goodman, 59, and Larry S. O’Callaghan, 55, as senior vice presidents within their regions, following the company’s acquisition of Harrington Wealth Management Co. of Atlanta.

Mr. Harrison maintains relationships with Harrington and Reliance clients, and is responsible for developing new business connections in Indiana. Mr. Goodman is responsible for these duties in Kansas and Mr. O’Callaghan oversees clients in California.

Previously, all three were senior vice presidents at Harrington Wealth Management. Their clients will experience no changes in contacts, access or reporting.
