Osaic, Raymond James, and LPL Financial have all announced new advisor recruits in the last 24 hours.
Osaic, Inc. has added Pointes North Wealth Management to its Empowered Independence channel, marking another sizable move into its W-2 affiliation model. The New Hampshire-based firm, led by managing partners Nathan Auclair and Brent Balloch, oversees more than $500 million in client assets and is shifting from an independent structure.
The transition was supported by Innovative Financial Group, an Osaic office of supervisory jurisdiction, which worked with the team to align the move with their long-term business objectives.
Pointes North’s leadership cited operational efficiencies and future flexibility as key drivers behind the change. The firm expects the shift to reduce administrative demands while enhancing its ability to focus on client relationships and growth initiatives.
Osaic executives emphasized that the channel is designed to balance independence with institutional support.

The move adds to a growing list of firms joining the channel, including Veater Financial Group and Bard Financial Services.
Raymond James Financial Services has recruited advisors Jeffrey Gore and Madison Gore, who bring more than $225 million in client assets to the firm’s independent channel.
The pair, joining from LPL Financial, operate Gore Financial Management, Inc. in Centennial, Colorado, where they serve a mix of business owners, families and retirees. Administrative assistant Bao Lu also joined the team.
Jeffrey Gore pointed to cultural alignment and platform capabilities as key reasons for the move.

Jeffrey brings more than three decades of experience, while Madison Gore has spent over 10 years in the industry, progressing from an administrative role to advisor.
LPL Financial has added Courtney Walker, CFP, who joins its broker-dealer and RIA platform aligned with Spring Line Wealth Partners. Walker arrives from JP Morgan and reported managing approximately $180 million in client assets.
With more than 20 years in the business, Walker is known for a planning-driven approach and a focus on multigenerational client relationships. Her practice emphasizes education and clarity, helping clients better understand their financial decisions.
“Everything I do starts with planning and relationships,” said Walker. “I want my clients to understand the full picture of their finances and feel confident in the decisions we’re making together. That foundation allows us to build strategies that align with their goals, values and lives.”
Walker said LPL’s open architecture and independence were central to her decision, along with a sense of familiarity.
