Billion-dollar Wells Fargo trio goes indie with LPL

A trio of advisers overseeing $1 billion in individual and retirement plan assets at Wells Fargo Advisors have gone independent and affiliated with LPL Financial.

Jason J. Howard, Shane Kunz and Chad Horne, who operate as Outcome Private Wealth in Salt Lake City, are using the services of Stratos Wealth Partners, a large LPL office of supervisory jurisdiction, including its registered investment adviser.
