Michael Borza, who managed $190 million at Merrill Lynch in Virginia Beach, Va., has moved to the employee unit of Raymond James.
Mr. Borza had worked at Merrill since 2011, and earlier spent 22 years at UBS, according to BrokerCheck.
He joins the firm with his senior associate, Angela Toney.
