Three women who managed $435 million in assets at UBS have moved to Raymond James Financial Services, the firm’s independent advisor channel, Raymond James announced Thursday.

Jeanne Eisele, Mary Gilbert and Leanne Gray operate as Anchor Financial in Linwood, New Jersey. They were joined in the move by staffers Sarahjane Hehre and Bonnie Hehre.

“We were ready to establish a family-style, private office while simultaneously leveraging the resources that Raymond James provides to create the perfect blend of the flexibility of independence with the power, backing and oversight of the home company,” Eisele said in a statement.

Eisele has 45 years of experience. She joined UBS, where she was first vice president of investments, in 2012 from Merrill Lynch, where she had worked since 1980, according to her BrokerCheck report. Eisele co-hosts a radio show on personal finance in South Jersey.

Gilbert has nearly 30 years of experience. Prior to joining UBS in 2012, she had worked at Merrill Lynch since 1995. Gray joined Merrill in 2008 before moving to UBS in 2012.
