Twin Capital Management LLC of New York has hired Richard Fitzgerald, 30, as vice president and analyst.
He is responsible for seeking out opportunities in deep value and special situation investing.
Mr. Fitzgerald was previously an analyst with Jefferies & Co. Inc.'s Dakota Fund of New York.

Inland Private Capital Corp. of Oak Brook, Ill., has promoted three employees and hired one for its senior management team.
Joseph E. Binder, 30, was promoted to senior vice president of acquisitions, from assistant vice president. He is responsible for overseeing acquisition underwriting, due diligence and financing associated with property acquisitions.
Mr. Binder will continue to manage the structuring and preparation of new-offering memoranda.
Keith D. Lampi, 32, was promoted to chief operating officer, from senior vice president. He will manage Inland Private Capital's capital-raising initiatives and oversee the company's new operations, marketing and investor relations group, which will focus on investor-related functions.
Rahul Sehgal, 32, was promoted to chief investment officer, from senior vice president of asset management.
He will oversee the company's asset management function and will integrate the asset management and acquisition functions of Inland Private Capital's business into one department focused on real estate analytics.
Dione McConnell, 42, is vice president of operations, responsible for the customer service, closing and administrative teams. Previously, she was vice president of investor relations at Retail Properties of America Inc. of Oak Brook.
Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. of New York has hired Keith Walsh, 38, as vice president and head of investor relations.
He will focus on the insurance and professional-services industries.
Previously, Mr. Walsh was an equity research analyst at Citigroup Inc. of New York.
Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management LLC of Los Angeles has promoted Doug Foreman, 55, to co-chief investment officer.
He will share the responsibility for leadership of Kayne Anderson Rudnick's equity team and investment operations.
Previously, Mr. Foreman was director of equities at the firm, a role he will continue to hold.
