[MUSIC] [MUSIC] This is our fifth annual RAA industry technology summit, and we're really proud to be able to host this. We bring together some of the technology leaders from across our industry. Different disciplines, different types of software and so on and so forth, cuz we recognize the power of collaboration. We're already in the fastest segment in financial services, which is the REA business, and we recognize that if we can make advisors' lives easier, then we can, you know, continue to accelerate the momentum in the space and expand the size of the pie so advisors go out and collect more assets. I felt very privileged and fortunate to be in the room during some of the sessions. To really sit back and listen to what's top of buying for some of these technology vendors, and to better understand what some of the challenges that they face as they're trying to deliver a better experience for advisors was amazing to see a level of collaboration. And see people really roll up their sleeves and wanna dig in and solve these issues. Your house holding was one that kept coming up. How do we solve this issue across the industry in a broad format? So that was something was very interesting. You know, we spend a lot of time listening to our clients, and it's very helpful for us to also spend time listening to our partners in this industry, which are some of these great leaders that are here with us today. Folks from Orion, Black Diamond. You know, Grendel money guy pro, juncture, really industry leaders that are really setting the bar for, for the space. So we're real excited to bring them all together roll up our sleeves and and collaborate on how we can deliver a better experience. So after the meeting what we do is we debrief with the team to identify what are the things we heard. And what were some of the common themes, what are the top issue that were addressed, and what were some of the solutions that actually came about as a result. We'll identify follow-up items, you know, we'll identify, you know, what comes, you know, the sequencing of how we're gonna tackle these issues, and a lot of things will actually go back to our advisors. And say, "Hey, this came up at, you know, our, our industry technology summit. What are your thoughts on this? How do you prioritize this in your business from a level of importance for us to, to work on solving this challenge." So we get so many great jumping off points to solve some of these big problems as a result of the great collaborative dialogue that takes place here. [MUSIC]
