Nick Murphy launches Counterweight Private Wealth in Raleigh, N.C., using TruClarity as its RIA platform.

Nick Murphy, who managed $178 million at RBC Wealth Management in Raleigh, North Carolina, has set up his own advisory firm, Counterweight Private Wealth, using TruClarity Wealth Advisors as its registered investment advisory platform.

Murphy was affiliated with RBC and a predecessor firm for 16 years.
