Memphis-based RIA managing $2.6 billion joins HighTower

Green Square Wealth Management was formed earlier this year.

Green Square Wealth Management, an registered investment advisory firm based in Memphis, Tenn., that manages $2.6 billion in assets, has joined HighTower, the Chicago-based platform for RIA firms.

Green Square was founded earlier this year by Darrell Horn, formerly a senior manager at Goldman Sachs and co-founder of Green Square Capital, which he set up in 2001 after his departure from Goldman.

The partnership with Green Square Wealth Management is HighTower’s 22nd RIA transaction this year, the company said in a release.
