Logan Skinner, who managed $230 million at Edward Jones in Longview, Texas, has created Axis Private Wealth and affiliated with Raymond James.
Skinner created the firm with associates Raven Billings and Linda Harrelson. He began his career in 2013 when he joined Edward Jones.
