Morgan Stanley loses $390 million team to Baltimore-area hybrid

Two-adviser, four-person group joins Harbor Investment Advisory.

A two-adviser team managing $390 million in assets at Morgan Stanley has joined Harbor Investment Advisory, a hybrid firm based in Lutherville, Md.

The team, which consists of advisers Paul M. Fox and Jennifer L. Winslow, and associates Patrick Boykin and Janet C. Marquardt, will operate as the Artisan Wealth Advisory Group.

Mr. Fox was with Morgan Stanley and predecessor firm Smith Barney for 23 years. Ms. Winslow was there for nine years, and earlier served as a commercial banker at Citigroup.

Mr. Boykin was a service associate at Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney for eight years.

Ms. Marquardt had been an associated with Raymond James for nine years before joining the Artisan team, and earlier spent 14 years with Smith Barney.
