Individual stocks gain ground among advisers
Amid the market volatility triggered by the pandemic, financial advisers are somewhat downbeat about the nation’s economic outlook but are warming up to individual stocks, according to a survey conducted in March. The survey also shows increased interest among advisers and their clients in investments that take into account environmental, social and governance criteria.
The survey of 242 financial advisers was conducted by the Financial Planning Association, the Journal of Financial Planning and Janus Henderson Investments from March 7-31.
