Top 10 financial advice firms ranked by investor satisfaction in 2022
Investors appreciate the digital channels their financial advisers provide, according to J.D. Power's 2022 U.S. Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study.
The survey, now in its 20th year, showed a jump in investors’ satisfaction with digital channels, with 63% of clients using their firm’s website at least once a month and 40% using their firm’s mobile app every month.
But J.D. Powers argues that the advice industry’s recent focus on improving its tech has left it falling behind on its mission of giving clients the guidance they need. According to the survey, just 14% of clients are receiving comprehensive financial advice from their adviser.
The rankings are based on a survey of 4,396 investors who work with advisers, conducted from November through January, that asked about seven factors: trust, people, products and services, value for fees, ability to manage wealth, problem resolution and digital channels.
