Edward Jones is rolling out the Aspire Performance Reporting service from Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. today.
“That’s “nearly seven million retail clients…[and] more than 12,000 Edward Jones financial advisors” who will be receiving/using the service for performance reporting according to the press release I just received.
“…perhaps the largest on-demand performance reporting solution in the industry,” it also read.
This new offering makes sense to me based on the other services from Broadridge that Edward Jones is already using, among them their brokerage processing, tax-lot accounting, and other core processing services.
At least it looks like Edward Jones brokers aren’t going to have a problem with cost basis reporting.
Since I cover developments in the performance reporting space I’m anxious to hear from advisers what they think of Aspire once they get a chance to use it.
