Bluespring Wealth Partners, the acquisition subsidiary of Kestra Financial, has acquired Vector Wealth Management, a Minneapolis, Minn.-based RIA managing $1.1 billion.

Vector, founded in 1993, is led by Thomas G. Fee.
Its senior team includes Sharon L. Calhoun, Jason D. Ranallo, Tyler J. Schelhaas, Daniel J. Powers and Todd C. Stueve.
