FundQuest and firm offer UMA

First Citizens Securities Corporation has partnered with FundQuest to launch a Unified Managed Account offering.

First Citizens Securities Corporation has partnered with FundQuest Inc. to launch a Unified Managed Account (UMA) offering.
First Citizens is a regional investment advisory firm serving South Carolina and Eastern Georgia.
FundQuest will be providing the UMA platform technology, overlay management, and investment due diligence for First Citizens, which represents more than $450 million in assets.
As part of the partnership the UMA solution has been customized for First Citizens will have First Citizen branding.
“First Citizens’ UMA provides an ability to closely coordinate a diverse set of investment types including mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts within a single account.
These capabilities enable First Citizens to give their clients a new level of portfolio oversight,” said Maryanne Morrow, Vice President for National Accounts at FundQuest.
FundQuest provides turnkey managed investment account solutions to financial institutions.
The company has partnerships with more than 110 financial firms. Other recent partnerships include a platform offering with Equity Services Inc., a broker-dealer affiliate of Montpelier, Vt.-based National Life Group in June and a Wealth Designs fee-based platform for Minneapolis-based Questar Capital in April.
