On March 30, Janus increased its ownership of INTECH, or Enhanced Investment Technologies LLC, to about 86.5% with the purchase of an additional 4% interest from the INTECH founders for about $81 million, the Securities and Exchange Commission a regulatory filing released yesterday said.
INTECH, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., manages institutional and private accounts, and sub-advises certain Janus mutual funds, the filing said.
