Hoping to reach a total of 25 employees, this new investment banking team will manage corporate relationships regionally, execute transactions and cover private equity and venture capital.
Helming that office, Richard Markus and Warren Scott will act as managing directors and co-heads of investment banking.
Both men join from KPMG, the accounting firm, where they were partners in the firm’s European corporate finance practice.
Joining Messrs. Markus and Scott are fellow managing directors Martina Ecker, Alexander Mueller and Peter Beusch, as well as directors Christian Muthler and Matthias Eisfeld.
All five also come from KPMG.
