NPH posts record revenues

National Planning Holdings Inc., the nation’s seventh largest independent-contractor broker-dealer network, today posted record revenues of more than $135 million during the first quarter, an increase of 13.5% from the same time last year.

Total sales increased 7.2%, to a record of more than $3.2 billion during the quarter.
National Planning Holdings also improved its performance from the fourth quarter of 2006, increasing revenues by 7.8% and sales by 6.9%.
The Santa Monica, Calif.-based network increased its registered representatives 1.2% from the same quarter last year, a difference of 32 representatives.
Its total number of affiliated representatives is nearly 2,700.
