Piper Jaffray executive joins Hilltop Securities as CEO

M. Bradley Winges becomes head of Dallas-based securities firm.

M. Bradley Winges, formerly a senior executive managing director at Piper Jaffray, has joined Hilltop Securities Inc. as president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Hill A. Feinberg who remains chairman.

The firm, based in Dallas, Texas, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilltop Holdings Inc., which was founded in 1946 and is the parent of several financial services firms including a bank, a registered investment adviser and a broker-dealer.
