Lead Generation:
• Registration page will include an “opt-in” for registrants to receive
information-based offers from the sponsor. Sponsor will receive
all relevant contact and demographic data of registrants who choose
to receive information.**
• Sponsor can place an opt-in White Paper or other information-based
offer (no product brochures) on the live event console page. Sponsor
will receive all relevant contact and demographic data of people who
download the White Paper from the live event console page.

Branding Exposure:
Sponsor logo is displayed on all event advertising and promotion:
• Online ads, targeted e-mail marketing, print ads.

Sponsor logo is displayed during registration and live event:
• Registration page, confirmation page, e-mail reminder.
• Live event console slide presentation and live moderator recognition.

Flash presentation:
• Sponsor can run a flash presentation (30 second max) prior to start time.

ROI Event Report:
• Sponsor receives detailed report of the live event and on-demand viewing, including the number of registrants and attendees with demographic profiles and attendee Q&A.

Post-event Exposure:
• Sponsorship exposure doesn’t stop after the live event. Webcasts are archived for one year for on-demand viewing.
